Abstract: In this paper,
the inverse unsteady-state thermoelastic problem to determine the temperature,
displacement and stress functions on the outer curved surface of a thin annular
disc of thickness 2h occupying the
space is
considered by applying finite Marchi-Fasulo transform and Laplace transform
techniques. The
temperature for a fixed value of x, is
a known function of z and t and the heat flux with temperature is maintained at zero on the
plane surfaces of a thin annular disc and on inner curved surface, the
temperature is maintained at which is a known function of z
and t.
