In this paper, we report practical guidance for students on visual proof of factorization formula. First, we use area to guide students on factorizing quadratic equations. Based on this, next we use volume to guide students on factoring cubic equations. Finally, students try a visual proof of factoring a cubic equation. The results of the challenge came positive.
