This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the pphmj.com online service provided by Pushpa Publishing House, Allahabad (PPH hereafter) through its website at http://www.pphmj.com/ by registered users of the Site. To become a registered user of the Site, complete the online registration process, and check the box " I agree to be bound by the Purchase Agreement (Terms and Conditions)" on the registration page.

Please carefully review this Agreement before ticking the relevant check box on the registration form. If you do not wish to accept this Agreement, please do not proceed with the registration.

A. Agreement

1. This service provided by the Pushpa publishing House, which begins when you choose/receive the Users Name and Password is for your exclusive use. Use or sharing by any other user is strictly prohibited; failing to comply with it may result into immediate suspension of your account.

2. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Name and Password and for all activities that occur under your User Name and Password lie entirely on you. Notify our Customer Service Department if you become aware of or have reason to believe that there is any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The PPH is in no way liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of your User Name and Password due to the activities of any third party outside of our control or due to your failure to maintain their confidentiality and security.

3. Your access to our Site will continue until it expires, until PPH terminates it with or without specifying a reason or until you provide notice to PPH of your decision to terminate. Such notice should be forwarded to our Customer Service Department. PPH may discontinue or change the Site, or its availability to you, at any time without prior notice.

4. An immediate online access begins to the purchased articles for a period of 24 hours following the completion of purchase process. You may download and print copies as many times as you like within that period. You can purchase several articles through just a bill and have an invoice after payment is successfully processed.

5. Institutions: On seeking a license for volume(s) of journal(s), the facility to download and print the articles will be available through the institutional IP address to be provided by the appropriate authority. The facility to download will continue till the end of the next calendar year from the last issue of the volume subscribed. For having continued facility to keep the download of the same subscribed volume for another two calendar years may be had on a considerable discounted rate.

B. Copyright

Both the print as well as the electronic versions of journals published by the Pushpa Publishing House are subject to copyright protection and other rights of the publisher (PPH). Printing and downloading of the electronic version of articles published in their journals is permitted solely for use by authorized users and only at permitted sites. Recompiling, copying, publication or republication of the volume, or any portion thereof, in any form or medium whatsoever, may be done only with specific written permission from the PPH.

C. Disclaimer of warranties

1. Pushpa Publishing House makes every effort at the time of posting, the .pdf files of the electronic editions to reflect most accurately the source documents of the printed editions. However, the PPH reserves the right to recompile and update the electronic files from time to time.

2. The PPH will not be responsible for incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with the service or materials provided hereunder.

3. The subscriber assumes the responsibility to make reasonable efforts to use the articles/journals in accordance with the described terms and conditions.

D. Additional

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties.
2. The user may not assign or transfer its rights under this Agreement.
