Abstract: In this
paper, we study the existence of nontrivial
solution for the second-order three-point
boundary value problem
where
hÎ
(0, 1), aÎR, a¹
1; fÎC([0, 1] ´R, R). Under certain growth conditions on the
nonlinearity f and by using
Leray-Schauder nonlinear alternative, several
sufficient conditions for the existence of
nontrivial solution are obtained.
