Abstract: In
this paper, the existence of solution for a class quasilinear
integrodifferential equation of Volterra-Hammerstein type with nonlinear
boundary value problems
is
established, which occurs in the study of the p-Laplace equation, generalized reaction-diffusion theory,
non-Newtonian fluid theory and the turbulent flow of a gas in porous medium. The
results are obtained by using upper and lower solution methods.
