Abstract: Security is the condition of being protected against danger, loss and criminals. In the general sense, security is a concept similar to safety. To provide secured authentication for online transactions and highly secure integrity, we introduce the concept of three level authentication and also online picture oriented signatures. Previously works done on online security are single or just the two verifications, but here very highly secured data is provided. In the first level, first user name and password is verified. In the second level, we use the concept of keystroke dynamics by checking key delays of users. This paper presents techniques to verify the identity of computer users using the keystroke dynamics of computer user?s login string as characteristic patterns. In the third level, there is authentication of password using cipher algorithm which will change the positions of the entered plaintext to another order along with the typing speed. Finally, picture signatures are verified by comparing with the database in pixels. Results have shown that forgery rate is only 0.5% for the tested people in both the methods. |
