Abstract: This paper is concerned with direct transient
thermoelastic problem to determine the temperature, displacement and thermal
stresses at any point of a thin rectangular plate occupying the space with the known boundary conditions by applying finite
integral transform, Marchi-Fasulo transform and Laplace transform techniques.
Numerical estimate for temperature has been obtained and depicted graphically.
