Abstract: Let G be a
simple graph. Then the Laplacian matrix is the difference of the diagonal
of vertex degrees and the adjacency matrix. In this paper, we
investigate the effect on the Laplacian spectral radius of a graph by grafting
an edge, and give some results of bicyclic graphs.
