GLOBAL ATTRACTOR IN QUASI-PERIODICALLY FORCED JOSEPHSON JUNCTIONS

Abstract: A quasi-periodically forced Josephson junction is considered in this paper. It is proved that there is a quasi-periodic one dimensional global attractor in case that the damping coefficient is not small. The dynamics on the global attractor is also investigated, and it is shown that under a suitable condition there is no chaotic dynamics and residually many orbits are almost automorphic. Such a condition is satisfied when the forcing is not large. |
