THE IMPACT OF TALENT MANAGEMENT ON LOYALTY AND ORGANIZATIONAL AFFILIATION: AN APPLIED STUDY ON THE DUBAI POLICE GENERAL COMMAND

Abstract: This paper focuses on managing threats in the organization which ignores the management of opportunities that may need less effort and cost to achieve distinction. Also, it identifies the level of application of talent management strategies in police institutions in the United Arab Emirates by applying to the Dubai Police General Command. The findings of this include that: There is an impact of talent management on loyalty and organizational affiliation. There is an impact of the strategy of attraction on loyalty and organizational affiliation. There is an impact of development strategies on loyalty and organizational affiliation. There is an effect of the strategies of maintaining loyalty and organizational affiliation. There is an effect of the last succession strategies on loyalty and organizational affiliation. The study tends to accept the alternative hypothesis “There is an effect of talent management on loyalty and organizational affiliation at the Dubai Police General Command”.
