OPTIMAL HOMOTOPY ASYMPTOTIC METHOD FOR SOLVING MULTI-PANTOGRAPH TYPE DELAY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

Abstract: In this paper, the optimal homotopy asymptotic method (OHAM) is employed for the first time to obtain approximate solution of multi-pantograph equations with proportional delay. Several examples are presented to demonstrate the validity, efficiency and reliability of this procedure. Numerical results are discussed, compared with exact solution and other methods in references, this method gives the desired accurate solutions only in a few terms which show it is better performance and proves the accuracy of the approximate solution. |
