The cross-sectional study was conducted on child beggars at two statistical subdivisions (Dhaka and Tangail districts) in Bangladesh. Child beggars are common in these parts in Asian developing countries. There were 31.4% gamines and 68.6% boys grouped for the study from the eight police stations in two selected popular districts in Bangladesh. Results divulged to contribute 81.4% respondents washing their hand before eating while 72.8% brushed their teeth once a day and 61.4% took bath on a daily basis which is a great triumph in the route ahead of observing good health. The basic hygiene practices have significant positive impact on their health and nutritional state, and so nearly two-thirds of the respondents were in malnutrition sufferer, i.e., 62.8% in underweight and 5.7% in overweight dilemma.
