Abstract: For random effects models, the profile analysis in two sample problem is considered with monotone missing. The model considered in this paper has an intraclass correlation structure. Exact testing procedures for parallelism hypothesis are given. Under parallelism, we give approximation to the distribution for constructing a confidence interval of the level difference. The accuracy of approximation is examined by simulation. |
