DEVELOPING SECONDARY PRESERVICE TEACHERS’ MATHEMATICAL CONTENT KNOWLEDGE FOR TEACHING
This study presents a practical model that helped secondary PSTs develop content knowledge for teaching and gain experience of the reform ideas of teaching with CCSS. More specifically, in this study the PSTs were engaged into a conversation of their own mathematical experience of problem-solving and examinations of students’ written work of solving the same mathematical problems.
