After defining the cohomology algebra comultiplications, we study the algebraic loops on the set of cohomology algebra comultiplications. Especially, we investigate the fundamental concepts of algebraic loop structures on the set of cohomology algebra comultiplications which satisfy inversive, power-associative and Moufang properties.
