USING SOFTWARE IN TEACHING STATISTICS
In this paper, we discuss the use of software to teach statistical methods in a university mathematics department. We discuss several methods of using software to teach topics in statistical methods and also discuss the use of the softwares Excel, Minitab, IBMspss and Statistix in the teaching statistical methods.
