Abstract: An efficient approach to reduce radiated noise is presented. Our proposed method for sound pressure optimization uses topometry optimization. As a real world application, we consider the reduction of radiated noise of an automatic transmission of a vehicle. To accelerate product design time, we employ parallel computation and the topometry coarsening method. |
