SOLUTION OF AN AXIALLY SYMMETRICAL JET MIXING OF AN INCOMPRESSIBLE FLUID USING HANKEL’S TRANSFORMATION TECHNIQUE
Heat transfer of dusty fluid of an axially symmetrical jet mixing of an incompressible fluid has been studied. The perturbation method has been employed to linearize the governing differential equations. The resulting linearized equations have been solved successively by using Hankel’s transformation technique. The profiles of velocity and temperature of the fluid and particle have been depicted in figures drawing interesting results. It has been observed that Hankel’s technique is appropriate for analyzing both fluid and particle velocity and temperature.
