SEGMENTATION ALGORITHM OF COLON BASED ON MULTI-SLICE CT COLONOGRAPHY

Abstract:

Colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer related deaths in this world; detection and prevention are the challenges of this century. In this paper, we aimed to invent early detection of colon cancer by the segmentation of colon and the analysis of each segmented part for getting this whole process completed with utmost accuracy.
