Abstract: The main objective of this study is to make a test bench for some different core-spun yarns with an elastane heart. Then we can characterize the dynamometric properties and the mechanical behaviour of these yarns by using creep, relieving, tensile tests as well as cyclic tests.
After this experimental study, we can find out the influence of each parameter of fibres used on the response of the system which is defined as being the breaking force and breaking elongation via the principal component analysis and regression models. |
Keywords and phrases: core-spun yarns, elastane, dynamometric properties, mechanical behaviour, regression models, tenacity, elongation. |
