By the reason of the emerging information technology (EIT) projects have the high-risk, high-yield, high-tech and much qualitative evaluation indexes and other characteristics, we propose a class of evaluation methods for the EIT project establishment according to the angle of risk and profitable in this paper. Firstly, this thesis separately evaluates on the risk and the profit of the establishment of the EIT project based on membership cloud gravity center (MCGC), and then with the findings of these two results, we carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the EIT project establishment. This article solves the problems of the quantification of the qualitative evaluation indexes, and improves the traditional project establishment evaluation methods.
