PROMOTING CLASSROOM INTERACTIONS USING MOBILE DEVICES
Ahmad M. Alfrijat
Abstract:
Mobile e-learning is currently in its beginning. Although many experts in the field see great potential for the use of mobile devices in e-learning. At present there are very few successful implementations of mobile devices in this field. Traditional method to education through use of books is not effective in these days for both students and staff. This method is not exciting and does not attract the attention of the students. Therefore, we encourage the use of new techniques such as mobile devices to support interaction and understanding of subjects and participating in classrooms. Mobile phones are now everywhere on campus. The majority of students and staff have mobile phones. For this reason, we will find the possibility to use this system to improve interactions inside the classroom and promotion of the new idea in other places.
