Expectedly, its implementation has many challenges. Some of these challenges are man-made. Controlling ATM fraud is a global challenge that requires global solution. In this paper, we discuss some challenges associated with ATM fraud with solutions proffered and a second level security suggested to secure its implementation and so build a confidence in users who are always at the receiving end anytime technology is being used to perpetrate fraud. |
