Abstract: In this paper, we prove that the Keller-Segel system of
parabolic-parabolic type is globally well-posed for small initial data in Moreover,
with additional assumptions on initial data, we prove the conservation of mass,
and nonnegativity of the density function and the concentration of the
chemo-attractant.
