SOME PROPERTIES OF SEMIFLOWS INVOLVING SYNDETIC SUBSEMIGROUPS OF THE
ACTING SEMIGROUP

Abstract:
A theory of semiflows with a discrete acting topological semigroup was developed by Ellis et al. [2] in 2001. A theory for the case of an arbitrary acting topological semigroup has still to be developed. This paper can be considered as one of the attempts in that direction.
We investigate certain properties of semiflows that involve syndetic subsemigroups of the acting semigroup. We then use some of them to discuss various notions of almost periodicity in semiflows. |
