Abstract: Basically, there are some close relationship between information seeking and knowledge. Most of the places information seeking plays a vital role to get more knowledge about the information needed. Also, in some cases, knowledge is required to get the required information. Now, this research is to know how information seeking can be a pathway to knowledge. Also, to know how information seeking may be used as an effective tool in knowledge acquisition.
In general, tacit knowledge is difficult to be interpreted. When we compare with explicit which can easily be captured and coded, it is more difficult to do the same for tacit knowledge which is hidden inside a person. Thus, we assume tacit knowledge as difficult entity in our research. But, both of them require some tool which will improve it. |
