Abstract: In some cases of efficiency evaluation using data envelopment analysis (DEA) managers do not have total control on input and output variables. Most of these non-discretionary (ND) variables which do not subject to manager have fuzzy essence. In this paper, a DEA model with fuzzy non-discretionary input variables is presented. To solve the proposed model, we transform it to linear form and then use linear programming methods to achieve efficiency scores. |
Keywords and phrases: data envelopment analysis, fuzzy, non-discretionary. |
