DOMAIN SPECIFIC MODEL AND GENERIC ARCHITECTURES FOR CONTROL AND MONITORING OF DYNAMIC SYSTEMS
T. Noulamo, E. Tanyi, M. Nkenlifack and J. P. Lienou
Abstract:
In this paper, we propose a generic architecture for control and monitoring of dynamic systems. The design is tackled according to the MDA (Model Driven Architecture) approach. We use model as basis elements to design system’s components. Models should be operational. System components are described by an abstract model that is platform independent, integrating physical port communication mechanisms, synchronization and distributed aspects of modern dynamic system. Representation of control/monitoring system requires a few constraints that must be taken into account at a higher level of abstraction of MDA process to produce systems easy maintainable and reusable. To take into account these constraints, it was necessary to extend UML. The obtained model by transformation can lead to a skeleton of code.
Keywords and phrases:
control and monitoring, dynamic systems, generic architecture, MDA approach, model transformation, reusable.
