Abstract:
In the paper, we describe the importance of linear and nonlinear independent component analysis (ICA) on extracting appropriate information from microarray data based on the work of Lee and Batzoglou [6]. By the end, we suggest new ideas based on ICA model for a future research in bioinformatics. |
