Abstract: N. P. Mukherjee describes the
hyperquasicenter of a finite group Gin
1970 and 1972. J. C. Beidleman and H. Heineken extend thisnotion to the infinite case in 2001. Here we prove that the section is supersolvable under the
maximal condition on the normal subgroups.
