Abstract
In this paper, a nonlinear neutral neural networks model with distributed time delays is considered. By establishing a singular delay integro-differential inequality and transforming the n-dimensional neutral integro-differential system to a 2n-dimensional singular integro-differential system, by applying the properties of M-cone, the techniques of inequality analysis and matrix analysis, some sufficient conditions ensuring the uniformly dissipative of the solution of nonlinear neutral neural networks with distributed time delays are obtained. The results can extend and improve the earlier publications.

Keywords and phrases: neutral, neural networks, dissipativity, integro-differential inequality, distributed time delay.
