Abstract
In this paper, a non-autonomous neutral neural network system with time-varying delays is considered. By establishing a singular delay differential inequality and transforming the n-dimensional neutral differential system to a 2n-dimensional singular differential system, by applying the properties of M-cone, the techniques of inequality analysis and matrix analysis, some sufficient conditions ensuring the uniformly dissipative of the solution of nonlinear neutral neural networks with time-varying delays are obtained. The results can extend and improve the earlier publications.

Keywords and phrases: neutral, neural networks, dissipativity, differential inequality, delay.
