HAAR WAVELET-BASED OPTIMAL CONTROL PROBLEM OF TIME-VARYING NEUTRAL SYSTEMS WITH DISCRETE AND DISTRIBUTED DELAYS

Abstract: In this note, the new computational method presented in [11] is extended to determine the piecewise constant feedback controls for a finite-time linear optimal control problem of a time-varying neutral system with both discrete and distributed delays based on Haar wavelet properties. It is shown that instead of solving the differential nonlinear equations, the proposed approach tries to optimize a quadratic cost function by solving only the linear algebraic equations. |
