Abstract: We introduce a set Wxfor a
point x in
the phase space X,
which is contained in a center of attraction for x
and obtain one sufficient condition under which Wxis a
minimal center of attraction for x.
Also, we show that Wxis
contained in the closure of the set P
consisting of all recurrent points.
