Abstract: Let D be a
connected symmetric digraph, G be
a group of automorphisms of D, and A
be a finite abelian group. For a cyclic A-cover
of D, we consider the lift of G, and discuss the associated group homomorphism from G to some subgroup of Furthermore, we give a
characterization for the lift of G to
be isomorphic to a split extension of A
by G.
