MODELING OF CONJOINT PROCESSES OF HEAT TRANSFER IN EMULSIONS OF NONMIXING LIQUIDS
Alexander Rozentsvaig

Abstract: A justification of the structure of the model of complex physical phenomena on the basis of a set of elementary mechanisms (MEPP) corresponding to the nature of real heat exchange processes is presented. It is shown how the method formalizes the inclusion of non-linear non-additive interaction in generalized criteria-based models. The features of heat transfer are considered on the example of estimation effect of “hot” turbulence at boiling of a continuous phase of emulsion under the influence of vapor bubbles. |
Keywords and phrases: heat transfer, liquid emulsion, conjoint processes, model structure, mechanisms of elementary physical phenomena, boiling, “hot” turbulence.
