Abstract: In this investigation, viscous dissipation effect on the steady, two-dimensional boundary layer flow of hyperbolic tangent fluid over an exponentially stretching sheet with chemical reaction and double slip is reported. The set of boundary layer equations of the problem is converted into ordinary differential equations by means of similarity transformations. The resulting system of ordinary differential equations is solved numerically using an efficient technique known as Keller-Box method. The influence of emerging parameters such as magnetic, mixed convection, Weisenberg number, power law index, Prandtl number, Eckert number, Schmidt number and chemical reaction parameters on the profiles of dimensionless velocity, temperature and concentration is discussed numerically and graphically. |
