Abstract: In this paper all balanced incomplete block (BIB)
designs when have been characterized in a
natural way and a new generalized series for these BIB designs has been
obtained, which gives an insight on these designs. The parameter ‘b’
has been formulated distinctly, which is denoted by and the series by for the convenience of the
practical users, which is the main theme of this paper. Interestingly, this
table shows some specific designs, whose solutions are yet to be known. And
lastly an open problem has been suggested. All the designs that have been
generated by computer have been tabulated at the end.
