ON THE COMPUTATION OF THE NUMERICAL BLOW-UP TIME FOR SOLUTIONS OF SEMILINEAR PARABOLIC EQUATION
In this paper, we obtain an approximate blow-up time for solutions of semilinear parabolic equation by using a fully discretized scheme in finite difference with uniform temporal grid size. We also show that the numerical blow-up time converges to the real one. Finally, we give some numerical experiments to illustrate our analysis.
