In this paper, R denotes a near-ring and Gan additive group. We study substructures in R, namely, ideals, subnear-rings and R-subgroups, and then define the concepts of strict R-subgroups of Rand relationship between them. Next, we investigate some properties of strict R-subgroups, and then some characterizations of strict right ideal strict R-subgroups in near-rings.
